Registration Information
Important Dates:
- Registration: Jun. 15 - Aug. 23, 2024
- Conference date: Aug. 23 - Aug. 25, 2024
All deadlines expire on 23:59 AoE (UTC - 12)
Activities:
Upon your registration, you need to select the activities that you would like to attend. Please check the following information for details:
- Tutorial Information: Tutorials page (Aug. 23, 2024).
- Reception Information (Cruise): Reception page (Aug. 23, 2024).
- Banquet Information (At Conference Venue): Conference Venue page (Aug. 24, 2024).
- Lunch Selection: Please check "Schedule at a Glance" (Conference Program page) to choose whether you need lunches during Aug. 23 - Aug. 25 (three times).
Note:
- Each accepted paper must have at least one full registration.
- If multiple authors from the same paper plan to attend, each author will need to register separately.
- For overseas participants, if visa is required, please contact cocoon.sh2024@gmail.com for invitation letter
- For any registration problems, e.g., changing a Standard registration to a Student registration or vice versa, please email us at dhongzeng@163.com.
- Cancellations (refund) are not allowed.
